It is good to see things gradually reopening and to begin to plan for a few events like the Open Gardens on 23rd August 2020. We are also planning for our Annual Parochial Church Meeting which is usually held in April but had to be postponed this year. It now has to be held before the end of October, so we have scheduled it for Sunday 18th October. Hopefully, we can hold it after the morning service as we usually do. If not, we will be able to hold it on zoom. Please put the date in your diary. Sadly this year we will not be able to share a buffet lunch after the meeting.

In preparation for the meeting, the church electoral roll has to be revised. This process had already begun before lockdown, but we need to finalise it. The Electoral Roll will be available to check at the 10am service in St Mary's. You may have already checked the roll earlier in the year. If your details have not changed they should be correct. If you have any queries about the Electoral Roll, do get back to me or contact Diane Goodwin who is the Electoral Roll officer. She also has forms for anyone who wishes to join the Electoral Roll.

I hope you will be able to join us in church for our Sunday service. Doors open at 9.45am for a 10am service. Please can you bring a copy of the service (Attachment 1) and also your facemask. The church is also open each Wednesday for private prayer.

The online service will be available on St Mary's website www.stmaryseatonbray.org.uk or on the YouTube page and St Mary's Facebook page. For those of you who like to have a copy of the service please see this week's pew leaflet.

Wishing you every blessing,
Joy
