2010 events - Since the formation of the Fund-raising Group in July there has been a full programme of events. Many thanks to all who have contributed to our events or supported them in any way.

St Mary's Calendars - From Gordon Gray priced £7.50 - profits go to Church funds. These would make ideal presents for friends and family.

Carols at... Peter and Eileen's - This event has traditionally been held at the Mockett's home. This year Peter and Eileen have generously stepped in to host the event. Come and have a festive sing in a convivial atmosphere. Tickets from Eileen.

Beetle Drive - Starts promptly at 4pm on 12 February in Northall Village Hall. This event is purely for church families to come together for some fun and excitement - as a result tickets (from Gordon) are £2 each or £5 for a family.

A personal pledge - We all have a responsibility to help with fund-raising so please don't leave it to the Fund-raising Group. Could you make a pledge that during the course of 2011 you will raise £100 for the church? You could do this as an individual, a family, a couple, or as a group, e.g. by making things to sell, holding an event. Please talk to Eileen Bennett and make your pledge.

Money for old rope - If you use the internet for buying goods please make sure you do so via easyfundraising.org.uk. This site acts as an interface to all your favourite shopping sites and, at no additional cost to you, St Mary's receives a contribution for each purchase. In six weeks we have raised ~£35 with no effort at all. Please encourage friends and families (especially grown up children) to support us. Eileen Bennett will help you get connected.
