Message from Joy - Trinity 9
It was lovely to see people last Sunday at St Mary's and to enjoy worshipping together again after so long. I have received many positive comments about the service. We will meet again this Sunday with doors opening at 9.45am for a 10am service. Please don't forget to bring a print out of the pew leaflet along with your facemask as from 8th August they will be mandatory in places of worship.
As usual, the online service will be available on St Mary's website www.stmaryseatonbray.org.uk or on the YouTube page and St Mary's Facebook page.
We are planning for our Annual Parochial Church Meeting which was due to be held in May but had to be postponed due to lockdown. More information and a date for your diary will be agreed soon. We are hoping that it may be possible to hold the meeting in church, but failing that it will be held remotely.
Don't forget the Open Gardens on Sunday 23rd August from 11am to 5pm. Tickets will be £7.50 each to visit all the gardens. They will be available on the day from a pitch in the churchyard near the Village Hall. Each ticket will have a route round the gardens attached in order to spread out visitors and enable social distancing. There are 9 gardens in all to visit, so I hope you will come along and enjoy people's hard work. Do contact Gordon for further details.
Please do keep in touch. It is always good to catch up with you either in person, on the phone or by email.
Every blessing,
Joy
