Message from Joy - St Francis 2

This Sunday we are celebrating creationtide and thanking God for the beauty of the world around us and his provision for us. If you are coming to the service in church at 10am please bring a copy of the emailed service sheet and also your face mask. The online service will also reflect this theme. You can find the online service on the church website, on St Mary's YouTube page or on the church Facebook page.

We are supporting the Bishop of St Alban's Harvest Appeal to buy bees for people in Nepal. There is more information on the website in my letter. It also gives information about how to either donate online or in church.

In a fortnight it will be our Annual Parochial Church Meeting. We are looking for people to join the PCC which meets about once a month currently on zoom. This is an important role in helping to make decisions relating to St Mary's and All Saints' Dagnall. If you are interested in finding out more, please have a chat with me or one of the church wardens. There will also be elections for 2 places on Deanery Synod and for 2 church wardens.
